Unspoken Words, Clear Illustrations
I arise this morning
with a heart unburdened and full—
holding space for the quiet gifts
that carry me through the quiet hours.
Grateful for the fresh breath of air
that fills the lungs with life,
for the roof that stands guard
against the night,
and the clean water
that washes the evening away.
Grateful for the sanctuary of a bed
that cradled my mind into rest,
offering comfort to a body
that worked, lived, and held on.
And above all, for nature—
standing right outside my window,
bringing a gentle, steady reassurance
to my soul, my body, and my mind.
It reminds me that healing
does not always require a loud voice.
Nature has a way of healing hearts
with unspoken words,
but clear illustrations.
