We’ve reached Day 5! After the high energy of Day 4, today is about active recovery and seated strength.
Even when we are sitting, we are still moving forward.
This session is a reminder that wellness is a spectrum—sometimes we climb, and sometimes we flow gently in our sanctuary.
How does your body feel after five days of consistent movement? 🌸
