I wanted to share something deeply personal today. Every "Monument Note" I post, every video of the St. Lucian sky, and every word you read here is my own personal doing. This isn't just content; it’s my real-life journey of finding rhythm and peace while navigating the "workaholic" hustle of daily life.


I write these notes from my heart because I need them as much as you do. Often, these thoughts come to me during my morning walks to work, under the same sun that I share with you in my videos.
