Contemplative Poem: Night's Soft Speech - Finding Solace in Stillness

The Warmth of the Evening Bloom

Soft moonlight filters through lush tropical foliage, casting gentle shadows. A palm tree is silhouetted against a dark sky with a few stars, creating a quiet and serene atmosphere in Saint Lucia.

The Sun's Retreat

The sun has dipped below the western rim,

And skies exhale a deeper, velvet hue.

The air grows still, a peaceful interim,

Where day's loud clamor softly fades from view.

The Gentle Whispers

Then rise the whispers, carried on the breeze,

A rustle in the palms' fronds, high and deep.

The distant murmur of the restless seas,

A lullaby that lulls the world to sleep.

An Inner Bloom

And in this hush, an inner voice takes flight,

Unspoken thoughts, like fireflies aglow.

The heart finds solace in the gentle night,

Where silent blooms of feeling softly grow.

So listen close, as darkness settles near,

To night's soft speech, unfolding in your ear.
