For your soft voice, a comforting sound, to make my weary spirit unbound.
A beacon bright, across the night, to fill my lonely world with light.

Cold Nights, Wandering Memories

I am lonely, 

My heartache for your attention. 

The nights grow colder without you by my side,

 The memories wander on thin, lonely thoughts. 

Wondering when will you return to me.

Each passing hour, an empty space,

 A silent room, a lingering trace

 Of laughter shared, a gentle touch,

 Moments I miss, oh, far too much. 

The world outside moves on its way, 

But in my solitude, I silently pray.

A Longing for Your Return

For your soft voice, a comforting sound, 

To make my weary spirit unbound. 

Though distance stretches, vast and wide, 

A fragile hope remains deep inside. 

For your return, a beacon bright, 

To fill my lonely world with light.
