We’ve made it to Day 4, and the energy is shifting! Today is about elevation—literally. 

I’m calling this one 'The High Knee Ascent' because it’s about pushing past that mid-week slump and finding your peak right in your living room. 

Let’s keep this momentum going together.


That was intense, but so rewarding. 

Day 4 proves that the rhythm we started on Day 1 is becoming a habit.
