Welcome to Day 6! 

After five days of standing and seated movement, today we are taking it to the floor. 

This session is all about grounding—finding our center and strengthening our core.

 In the quiet of our sanctuary, we build the stability that carries us through everything else life throws our way.


 Taking the workout to the floor always helps me feel more connected to my space. 🧘‍♀️ 

How did your core feel today? We are almost through a full week of this journey, and I couldn't be more proud of the rhythm we've built together.
